College Logo - Somerset (Square)The Pennsylvania Highlands Community College Somerset Center will be hosting a free workshop this upcoming Wednesday, October 5th, for business professionals and companies looking to enter new markets and wanting to improve customer satisfaction. This workshop, entitled Brain-Based Customer Service and Sales, will take place from 9 to 10:30am (with registration and refreshments at 8am) in the Community Room of Founder’s Hall, at 6022 Glades Pike, Somerset.

This workshop, led by John Moore of Moore Power Sales Vision, will dive into the science that reveals how the brain makes decisions, and will highlight how many customer relations and sales strategies are not aligned with the brain. It will help individuals discover how the brain decides what to buy and from whom, and participants will gain an understanding of what it takes to connect with a customer to address individual, ongoing needs and expectations.

As an added bonus, there will be a special presentation before the workshop from 8:30 to 9am on the WEDnetPA State Funding Program. This portion will cover the basics of funding to train employees on a wide range of topics and eligibility criteria.

For additional information or to register for this free workshop, please contact Pennsylvania Highlands Community College Workforce Development and Continuing Education at 814.262.3815 or continuinged@pennhighlands.edu.
